If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase at Tactical Beam Flashlights, simply call or email us within 30 days of the day you receive your order and we'll assign an RA number. Once we receive the items and they are in resalable, working condition, the purchase price will be refunded, less shipping. It's that simple!
After 30 days but less than 60 days items may be returned if they are unused and are in their original, sealed, undamaged packaging. The refund for these items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be in the form of a Tactical Beam Flashlights gift certificate. Items damaged by misuse will not be accepted for refund.
